I live in Texas and I have borrowed my hardware store opinion bc that seems to be the place most of the contractors or painters come to buy stuff for the jobs. If your neighbors painters, contractors, electricians and plumbers have shown good results, stress free you. We have left many messages for him to come out and fix the problem, he gave us a warranty incase this type of thing happened.
