I never heard of Oak Glen before, but do recognize the mountain names. I wouldn't expect to find any towering Sequoias and Redwoods there because neither species is native to that part of California, and they do take some time to become towering. Another thing that happened to us - we had the popcorn ceiling taken off and the ceiling painted white.
