I never heard of Oak Glen before, but do recognize the mountain names. I wouldn't expect to find any towering Sequoias and Redwoods there because neither species is native to that part of California, and they do take some time to become towering. I am a contract painter and found that most people that I make a contract with immediately try to change the deal and get more than they are paying for.
